E-Filing Required in Brown County Beginning Today

Beginning today (Monday, April 2). E-filing is required in Brown County, with the usual exceptions:

PO (Protective Order) filings are still conventional.
For the following types, initial filings must still be filed conventionally, but subsequent filings must be e-filed:
  • AH (Adoption History)
  • JC (Child in Need of Services)
  • JD (Juvenile Delinquency)
  • JM (Juvenile Miscellaneous)
  • JS (Juvenile Status)
Criminal and Infraction cases may be filed conventionally, but the prosecutor's office has the option to file these electronically in this county.
