The specific problem we are still waiting for clarification on is how to specify which party pays for the filing when the parties identify is confidential. We are able to have our users specify the party based on role, but the State's underlying EFM still requires a name.<br /><br />Also- just to clarify, Doxpop *does* allow you to file confidential documents on public cases.
